What an OFW can do to be able to renew his or her PRC ID is to ask a relative or friend living in the Philippines to do the processing/renewal of ID in the Philippines on his/her behalf.
At present, many Filipino professionals working abroad who have a PRC license and want it to be renewed in their host country are yet to be able to do so.
